8th Annual Northeast Georgia Regional Infection Prevention Symposium
7:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m.
This year’s symposium agenda will include a personal story of a healthcare-acquired infection, anatomy of a vaccine, CLABSI prevention, transducer preparation, outbreak investigation and surgical optimization. Our hands-on breakout sessions will include the theory of environmental cleaning, reducing false positive blood cultures, peritoneal dialysis and infection prevention in the OR. This in-person-only symposium offers the ability for RNs to earn CEs, EMTs to earn CEs, and MDs to earn CMEs.
Registration and continental breakfast begin at 7 a.m. with the symposium following at 8 a.m. Lunch will be provided. Vendors will be available during breaks and lunch.
